6-Week Beginner's Yoga Series

Our new 6-Week Beginner’s Yoga Series is starting in the new year! A course designed for those brand new to yoga or those wishing to deepen their understanding of the foundations of yoga. This class will introduce classic yoga shapes, breathing practices and simple sequences.

At the end of the 6-week course most students will be prepared to try the other classes at the Barn or elsewhere, or to journey on to our Beginner's TWO course. Accessible for all students (even those working with injury or illness).


A wonderful course for beginning your yoga journey. Trauma informed, accessible for all students (even those working with injury or illness), no prior experience necessary!
